Now that you've booked your appointment, what's next?
Please setup your Zoom account well before your appointment date and make sure you are in our contact list, following these instructions:
Create your own account:
To sign up for your own free account, visit the Zoom sign-up page and enter your email address:
zoom.com
You will receive an email from Zoom (no-reply@zoom.us). In this email, click Activate Account.
Reactivate an old account:
To re-activate your Zoom account, login with your email and password. If you have forgotten your login or password, click the Reset button and follow email instructions.
How to sign in to your Zoom account on the web:
You can sign in to your Zoom account on the web at any time, at zoom.us/signin.
Once you're logged in, use the panel on the left side to navigate the Zoom web portal.
You can update your profile, edit your settings, and more.
IMPORTANT, connect via Zoom:
When you are logged into your Zoom account, request to be added to the Kathy Hope Healer contact list well before your first appointment.
While in your Contacts area of Zoom, click on the "+" to send a request to kathyhopehealer@gmail.com.
How to add a new contact
- Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
- Click the Contacts tab .
- Click the add icon and select Invite a Zoom contact.
- Enter the email address of the contact you want to add.
- Click Invite.
- Repeat with any additional contacts.
Notes:
Invited contacts with an existing Zoom account tied to the email address provided will receive a contact request in the desktop app. Invited contacts without an existing Zoom account tied to the email address provided will receive an email from Zoom, inviting them to sign-up with Zoom. Once their Zoom account is created, they must click on the link in the initial email to confirm the contact request.
How to approve a contact request
Before you can meet instantly with a contact or chat with them, they need to approve your request first.
- Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
- Click the Team Chat tab .
- At the top of the left-side chat panel, click Contact Requests .
- This option may be found under the More option.
- Click Accept to add this contact to your list.
- This contact will now appear on the Contacts tab, under External Contacts for both users.
