Now that you've booked your appointment, what's next?
Please setup your Skype account well before your appointment date and make sure you are in our contact list, following these instructions:
STEP 1: Download and Install Skype:
If you are on a Windows laptop: there is a search bar in your Start menu, search for Skype or open a web browser and go to www.skype.com
If you are on an Apple laptop, hold the command key and hit the spacebar for a search menu, search for Skype. Or open a web browser and type in www.skype.com
If you are using a cell phone go to the App Store or Playstore and search for Skype.
STEP 2: Login, recover your account, or Create Your Microsoft and Skype Accounts:
Microsoft owns Skype, you will need to login or create a new login in Microsoft and then Skype.
Follow instructions for login recovery if you have forgotten your login name or password.
STEP 3: Once your Skype account is set up, search and connect to "Kathy Hope Healer" by clicking on the Say Hi button or type a message. The office will send a confirmation back.
